Congratulations! You need to figure out your budget and guest list then book a venue. You'll need to know the number of guests you plan on inviting in order to make sure you select a venue that can accommodate everyone within your price range. With your wedding about a year away I will say that venues are going to be more limited since a lot book a year or more in advance. I would recommend being flexible with your date. If the venue you pick doesn't include catering then that's the next thing I would focus on after booking your venue. If it does then move into other important vendors like photographer, videographer (if you want one) and dj.

View Quoted Comment You're welcome! I would sit down with fiance and make an actual list rather than just estimating. Also not sure your budget, but 300 people is a lot of people so the more expensive it is going to be because don't forget you have to feed all of these people.
