My wedding is in summer 2022

Oh congrats!!! Thats awesome!! Mhmm me and my FH just booked an allinclusive wedding venue ( minus the DJ, officiant, photographer/videographer & florist) & it seems like the best option easier instead of finding a whole bunch of different vendors hoping everyone works well together!!

Its really nice you found one that includes the hotel!! Especially in your case it might be your go to option.. You are going to be a planning pro.. planning it for this upcoming summer!! Where are you??

First off congratulations! We’re also getting married this summer and got engaged the week before Christmas 😊


Our venue is all inclusive - catering, centerpieces, day-of-coordinator, bridal/groom suite, chair, tables, and linens, flatware, are included in the price. I may be missing something 😆 A couple of things you want to keep an eye out for with all-inclusive locations are 1) their minimum fees and 2) mandatory costs.
For example, our catering minimum is $3K. So no matter how many guests, we need to cover that minimum for food. They also have a mandatory day of coordinator (DOC) for $500. Both of these weren’t issues for us, because we would be spending this amount anyways for both. The DOC is a huge plus as well, because I’m doing most of the planning before the wedding, and they know our venue. Every venue is different!

We also chose a (pretty much) all inclusive. Since 90% of our guests are coming from out of state I really wanted a place that would also include a ceremony site. The only thing I needed to do was find the photographer, florist, DJ and officiant. Makes wedding planning soooo less stressful. Congratulations and happy planning

Yay!! Happy planning! Find one that gives you the most accommodations!! You will be so much less stressed taking that option!

Mine includes officiant, food, drinks, tables, chairs, dishes, ceremony arch, ceremony and reception location - has made it very easy. Just had to pick photographer, music, and florist.
