Must-haves for Wedding Registry

Jessica, on April 27, 2022 at 2:21 PM Posted in Registry 0 8
Hi all! So my fiancé and I are finishing up our registry, and I wanted to reach out to get y’all’s thoughts for items we might have missed 😊 I know every couple is different, and may want things we do/don’t want, and that’s okay. Instead of listing alll of our wedding registry items on here I’ll ask:
What are the things you wish you added to your registry? Is there anything you wish you didn’t put on it?

    - A really good vacuum cleaner (we got a Miele when we bought our house and love it)
    - Air fryer (our favorite registry gift!)
    - Good quality bath towels (worth it to upgrade if yours are old!) - Sheets/Bedding/Pillows - Basic kitchen implements (good spatulas, mixing bowels, measuring cups, etc.) - Misc. home decor items you are missing (wall clock, shoe rack, etc.)- Cheese board and cutting implements (our favorite gift we didn't put on our registry) - Kitchen knives

Hope these suggestions help! I found the lists on Bed, Bath, & Beyond really helpful to guide me in what we wanted on our list that we may have forgotten or not thought of.

Not married yet but I’ve read a bunch of threads trying to find the same answers you are 😂 Some of the popular recommendations I saw were:
    Stainless steel mixing bowls
Kitchenaid stand mixerGood quality knife setQuality trash can (especially simplehuman)SilverwareDinnerwareSheetsTowelsFireproof safeInstant potBlenderTools
It also just depends on your situation. FH and I have never lived together so we are registering for a lot of basics. I cook from scratch so registered for mostly high quality kitchen stuff. Vitamix, food processor, stand mixer, Oxo everything, ice cream maker, etc. But if you don’t cook a lot, you could register for more cleaning items, board games, outdoorsy stuff, etc. Good luck!

I put things that we will get alot of use from like dishes, drinkware because we like to have a few guests here there. Flatware, toasters, coffee maker or tea pot. Beddings, cookware and baking ware which will be use alot. So just think about things that is your daily usage and couple a little things

This is so helpful! I would've never thought of adding a clock, but now that I think about it, we definitely have one in our house now 😂 Thank you for sharing!

Thank you so so much for sharing! I added a good trash can in that brand because I realized we didn't have one yet 😊

That's been a really helpful mindset to have as I've been adding things - considering what we would use most often. It also helps us avoid adding unnecessary things as well. Thank you for sharing!

I always plug personalized stuff from Etsy on these threads 😂 Probably because I'm super excited about these monogrammed towels and Mr./ Mrs. robes we have on our registry lol. We also put gift cards to Hello Fresh on ours since I love to cook or come home to a home-cooked meal, but FH and I both have pretty demanding jobs, so it would be super helpful to have some of the prep handled ahead of time. Some of our other items outside the usual stuff are heating pads, one of those pet-monitoring cameras you can link to your phone, a wax fragrance warmer, and a towel-warmer for the bathroom.
