Music for Ceremony & Reception

Hello! We have a very small budget for our wedding as we’re just starting out in life! Because of this, we’re not hiring a DJ but are planning to use a church member who’s offered to hit play and etc for us on our playlists at the proper times. We’re largely using Spotify but my question is about the ceremony. Some of the songs we’ve chosen are too long/short for the time it will take to walk down the aisle so they need to be adapted. I’m wondering if anyone has any suggestions for apps where I could edit/adapt the songs and how I would download or send them to someone so that they can be played from a phone during the ceremony.
