Mother/Son Dance Songs

My husband and mother-in-law danced to It's Your Song by Garth Brooks. Garth Brooks is my mother-in-law's favorite singer who is still alive. Her all-time favorite singer is John Denver, but my husband didn't like any of the songs by him for his dance with his mom. I would talk to your fiance about it. I had no say in what song they picked.

I'm not looking to have any say in the song he chooses, but he has nothing in mind and isn't exactly eager to pick a song. I'm asking for suggestions that I can listen to in my free time (which he doesn't have much of during the week) and then have him listen to them to see what he thinks.

FH and FMIL are doing "What a Wonderful World" by Louis Armstrong! They played that song at his preschool graduation so he thought it was very fitting.

"A MOTHER'S SONG" ... It's amazing! Tears of the best kind.

We used Forever Now by Michael Buble. My husband danced with his mom while I danced with my son so it was important that we used a song that worked for both of us. My parents are both gone so that was our only parent dance for the night.

My FH and his momma are dancing to Perfect Fan by Backstreet Boys. My brother danced to I Hope You Dance with my stepmom and I think my mom and (same) brother danced to What A Wonderful World. Lots of beautiful song options out there!
