Modern or Traditional: Wedding Vows?

Both! We are writing our own and also repeating after the Pastor!

Modern: We are writing and reading our own vows.

Modern. Writing our own vows.

Modern! We wrote our own vows and even wrote the ceremony script with our officiant, who is FH cousin.

We're Jewish so they were traditional but not in the way you described above. Our "vows" (not exactly what they're called in Jewish ceremonies) were done in Hebrew.

Ours were pretty traditional. A few modern tweaks but we didn't write our own

Both! I think I want the traditional and to say something special depending on if he is up to it.

I think they are pretty traditional. We are too shy to read our own haha I'll save all my guests from the awkwardness of having to listen to us try to read our vows in front of all of those people.

We will be doing the Traditional thing. However we are going to give each other our vows written down when we do the first look.
