What part of CT are you looking in? You could do a bed and breakfast type of place, the Griswold Inn in Essex comes directly to mind for me. I've heard a lot of great things about going there. Depending where you are, there is also a new restaurant that just opened up in East Hampton where Angelico's used to be called Robert's Lakehouse, and they can host weddings up to 75 I believe. Food is delicious, everything was just redone. Most of what I know is around Middlesex County because that's where I'm from, so it really depends on where you are looking!

Also there are a ton of picturesque inns in Connecticut that also host small weddings, like: The Spa at Norwich Inn, Bee and Thistle Inn, Interlaken Inn, The Candlewood Inn, The Westport Inn, and The Fox Hill Inn.
