Men’s Wearhouse not helpful. What’s your opinion??

Meghan, on August 31, 2021 at 9:41 PM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 3
We’re 18 days away until the big day and having a hard time deciding on a look for the groom and groomsmen. We’re really having a tough time because the guys weren’t able to try anything on to visually see how it will look day of the wedding. (I’m unsure if this is how all stores are but we’re visual people and this has made it hard). My fiancé decided on men’s Wearhouse because he has groomsmen in different states and figured it would be easier this way.

Anyway, he’s wearing a colbalt color suit (https://mcys.co/3yd7NQs) with a colbalt vest. He’s torn between a white or wine color tie. The bridesmaids will be in wine. Which do you think would look best?
The groomsmen are wearing the same color suit. The vest doesn’t come in their sizes, so we were thinking of having them wear wine suspenders and a wine bow tie. Do you think this would look okay?
Both groom and groomsmen will be wearing brown shoes if that makes a difference. Do you think it’ll look okay having my fiancé in a tie and the guys in a bow tie? Also, do you think it’ll look okay if Fiance wears white and the guys wear wine?
Thank you for your help!!!!

I think it's fine for the bridal party to wear different vests and a mix of ties/bowties. It's pretty common - My fiance is wearing a tux with a bowtie and a vest while our bridal party are wearing suits and regular ties. Here are some inspo pics:

My husband is also the only one wearing a vest for our upcoming reception! They did have the vests in his groomsmen size, but he wanted to be a little different so he decided not to have them in vests. He also chose mens warehouse, but all of his groomsmen were able to go into a store and get fitted (he also has a few out of state)
