Yes I called yesterday. It was not with the store that I made the group event with. That didn’t matter. They were still able to update my event info.

Try Arlington, Texas store. At least get them on the phone to get answers. Their email system is trash.

No I don’t bc I am waiting for them to open top. Keep checking their website. That is what I’m doing. You can also call them.

You should be able to talk to someone. I know their sister store, David’s Bridal, is open again...so it seems odd that they aren’t.

It honestly depends which state you are in. In NYC itll be June 8 for curb aide pick up we will be on pharse one.

Start calling every number you can and get them on the phone. My fiancé has been bugging them for weeks trying to figure out how he’s going to get his tux. We kept getting emails and we’d reply back to them and find other email addresses to try to respond to. He was finally able to talk to someone last week and confirm delivery for both our dads, best man groomsmen (my brothers) and him. All but his have been delivered so far, our wedding is June 6! They confirmed June 1 delivery for all of them so we’ll see!
I would try to start contacting them now. They cut off their phone services for a while there is a way to talk to customer service. Good luck to you!

We were going to use them for the suits for our wedding but decided to go with generation tux instead.

I’m in the Philly area and have a friend who works up in the Pocono area for MW. She said they’re in talks with getting employees back into at least the big stores. (They’re calling her asking her to come back.) They had furloughed their employees for a while. Hope this helps!

MW emailed me asking me to make sure our mailing address on our account was correct as they were paying to mail the suits to us.

Which was messed up because I dealt with their chat person weeks ago who told me I had to wait for the store to reopen to be refunded as we cancelled the order.

Like 2 weeks ago i was able to get ahold of the one we went through by text online. i got an answer like 4 hours later and they let me know when the store was opening back up. we live in Florida. hopefully everything works out for you!
