Meet and Greet for Vows Renewal

Has anyone used the Bellagio Executive Hospitality Suite for a gathering before? We reserved it hoping to fit 80 guests for our meet and greet (day before our vows renewal) in September 2021. We want somewhere with space and exclusive to ourselves for 2-3 hours where we can talk quietly and hear one another with 🍷. The suite is 2500 sqft ish. However, our guest list might increase to 100 so I am not sure if the space will be enough to accommodate 100.
Everyone is coming from out of states and some of whom we haven’t met in many years. We want to hangout with them before the main day since we might not have time to talk to everyone.
What did you do differently? Any recommended location for 100 guests that would be exclusive to us? The suite is about $1000 for night and we are looking to spend additional $1000 on wines and finger refreshments. So I want to stay under $2000 for this event if we go somewhere else. TIA.

    It's really tough to tell from looking at the suite online!

    Have you talked to anyone at the Bellagio for recommendations? If they could remove most of the furniture in the Living Room & Conference Room and add cocktail tables instead then you'd definitely be able to fit more people (but I'm still not sure about 80-100!)

    Have you reached out to any restaurants with private dining spaces or bars to see what it would cost to reserve a space for 100 guests? I'd get a few quotes from restaurants to compare!

    So we used the conference room suite at Mandalay Bay which I think is about the same size... we had roughly 40-50 guests and it was comfortable but I can't imagine having almost double that amount in the suite.

    *Edit to add* Check with where you are renewing your vows they should have options! I know we had a ton of options at Mandalay Bay with our wedding (although we opted with a DIY thing ourselves lol)
