I've just started planning my April 2020 wedding in Maui!!! Very excited! This will be wedding #2 for both of us. We will be taking my 2 kids along (10,9) and both sets of parents. Not sure how many siblings will be flying out but I'm estimating 10 people. Maybe less. I want to keep things simple but special. I'm leaning towards a beach wedding somewhere in South or West Maui. I've been comparing "wedding packages" online and there's a lot of variety. Anywhere from 300-5000. Would it be better for me just to hire on everyone separately (officiant, photographer, flowers, hair/makeup)?? I would like to keep things as budget friendly as possible while still maintaining a nice quality ceremony on the beach.
I'm open to ideas and suggestions. We're also planning on making reservations somewhere low-key and fun for lunch or dinner afterwards. I haven't decided on a morning or sunset ceremony yet. Both seem like they have their own special appeal.
