I'm a Pittsburgh, PA native, current WV resident getting married at Chanteclaire Farm in Friendsville, MD (Deep Creek Lake).

    Our ceremony is being held in the Wicomico Courthouse and the Reception in Fruitland! Simple and intimate wedding.

    Hi! I’m also getting married in Deep Creek. We looked at your venue in our initial search of Deep Creek barn weddings. It’s really nice! We’re getting married at The White Barn in June 2020. I’m also from and live in Pittsburgh. Not being from the area is making it a little tough to find a bartender and an officiant. Did you have any trouble finding those two vendors in particular?

    Congratulations! The White Barn is beautiful. What part of Pittsburgh are you from?

    To answer your question: bartenders are provided with our venue, but as far as an officiant, not sure what you and FS are looking for, but I highly recommend Heidi Gardner. She's officiated many weddings at both our venue and yours! Check out her website here: http://www.themountainspirit.com
