I would definitely get the ball rolling as soon as you can in case there are delays due to reduced staffing or limited appointments! It looks like in Wayne County there's a 3 day waiting period after applying before the license may be issued and used, and the license is only valid for 33 days - so I'd make sure to do steps one and two in your photo 32 days before your desired wedding date!

From start to finish, it took about 3 weeks for us. We emailed and called almost every other day because we were getting so antsy. Once they gave us the application though, we filled it out and sent it back and within 2 days it was scheduled for us. We actually just got our marriage license today! They had us come in and call a number on speaker phone so we could talk through the glass. It only took about 20 minutes. The longest part was carefully proofreading everything over.

I'm getting married in Bay City Michigan and where do you go to get your marriage licence online I think everything is still closed in Michigan and I get married June 28th
