Lounges and Bars in Vegas

I'm am looking for good, afforded and nice lounges and bars in Vegas, on and off the strip. When I say good I mean the drinks, I don't want to go to a spot that waters down there drink. Affordable will be paying no more then $15 per drink and nice as in not a trashy strip club or biker bar (just not into the biker bar vibe). We are staying on the strip at the MGM Grand but we do love to go to local spot anywhere we travel. Any feed back will be appreciated and TIA.
