Looking for venue

Hello. I am getting married next year. My fiance is from Louisiana and would like to have our wedding there. We want an outside venue with a lake or pond. During my search i came across the perfect place but now i am having a hard time finding out any info. It is called Beau Jardin. It is in Natchitoches. It looks like a park. Have any one heard of this place? And if so how do get in touch with some one? I have called and emailed with no response. This place is perfect for us! Please help me.
