Location change

If it's changed to anywhere outside of the states, you won't find anything. You can always check www.destinationweddings.com for starters though. Good luck.

Hi Courtney! You can change your wedding location within your account by clicking the profile icon in the top right corner of your account and then clicking 'Settings' and then 'User Information'. Not all locations outside the US are supported but please feel free to reach out to us at support@weddingwire.com with your location and we would be happy to double check for you!

Hello, I have the same problem. I am preparing wedding website for wedding in Slovenia. And also when I want to change the names of bride and groom, I got this sentence at the bottom of the page: "Please select the city where you live."

Hi Jasna! Unfortunately, not all international locations can be mapped by our wedding websites at this time. You can try to add your location by entering the 'Country' as the United States and then entering the 'City/Town' as normal.

Hello, I've followed the above instructions and but the location that appears on the website hasn't changed...

Ive followed the above instructions but my location is still in Canada and it’s all changed over to the US in settings but still only shows me Canadian venues, etc

I am unable to add the town or resort in St. Lucia where I'm getting married. Help?

Wedding Wire really needs to fix this. We need a way to erase what was originally put into our location city without having to replace it with a US location. I am getting married in Mexico, but my app still shows a city in California that I can’t get rid of because it won’t allow me to just erase it and leave it blank, but I also can’t choose the city in Mexico that I’m getting married in.

Our wedding location changed from one city in the US to a different one, but the problem is that there is no “edit” button for the Welcome page of my free website once it’s been created. I’m so glad we didn’t print save the dates yet because I’m about to switch to zola to avoid confusing guests.

After emailing help@weddingwire.com which took a few days of back and forth emails, they told me there is a way to change the location, but their instructions left out a lot of steps! This is how you can change the location (within the United States):

>Log into weddingwire.com >click your icon in the upper right corner to open a drop down box >Settings (just above Log Out at the bottom) >User Information (on the left) >scroll down to "I'm getting married in" >Save changes and that should do it.

You can also email help@weddingwire.com with you and your partners' names and where you want the location changed to.
