I'm assuming you're talking about the San Luis Rey in Oceanside? If so, St. Patrick's in Carlsbad might be an option.

I Googled "Catholic churches, Oceanside" and at least 7 options popped up. I'd just do a lot of Googling and calling until you find one that works, and keep working your way out, geographically, until you find something. I know people that are members at St. Martha's in Murrieta, but that's a good drive from Oceanside.

View Quoted Comment We are getting married at my FH’s church in Escondido. It’s only a year old but he has been attending there since the first services were at a nearby school. He was an alter boy when they opened the first church, and this new one is gorgeous. I wasn’t told about any restrictions for May so you could check with them. I believe the donation for non-members is $1,000 and $250 for the music director.
