Hi! I wanted to leave a note Thats a little late but hopefully better than never. I hired Phil to work on a painting for my sisters wedding (Labor Day 2022). It had been three months since the wedding and Phil has not given me the painting nor is he responding to any of my emails. He’s given me three different deadlines at this point but now he’s ghosting me. I would NOT recommend hiring him for an event.
