lgbtq friendly officiants in Gatlinburg tn

Virginia, on January 8, 2020 at 3:36 PM Posted in Tennessee Planning 0 7

A lot of the officiants im finding are very old school and do not seem LGBTQ friendly and the last thing I want is to feel out of place on my own wedding day.

I would check out Thumbtack, they have a filter criteria for LGBTQ friendly vendors!

Have you thought of seeing if one of your very close friends can or are ordained so they could marry you? Smiley heart

    P.S. Shame on those officiants!

We looked at a place that was LGBQ friendly. We didn’t choose the location, but the location was pretty. It’s called Bluff Mountain Inn https://gatlinburgweddings.net/phone/all-inclusive.html
    Good luck to you!

I agree it’s very difficult to find a non-traditions venue in the gatlinburg area. While my fiancé and I are not a gay couple, we are not a religious couple at all so we wanted one that was more open to everyone. It was nearly impossible. We did end up with one that is not LGBTQ friendly and we’ve struggled with that, but decided we love the location so we are doing it. I’d really recommend checking out Bluff Mountain though. They have a beautiful barn venue that would be amazing for a wedding.
