We would have gone with our dream venue, although we do love the one that we booked!

Open bar, we are having a limited bar. Sit down dinner instead of buffet.

We probably would have booked a venue in our favorite town that would have been way over-budget in reality. We might have spent more on liquor instead of just beer, wine and a signature drink. And the guest list would have been a LOT bigger.

I would agree to this. If we could do open bar we would but it wasn't a priority with our budget.

Exactly. We are still having 2 types of beer (2 kegs) and 2 types of wine available that people won't have to purchase. But any hard liquor drinks people are going to have to buy themselves. This is also the norm in my area, so it's not that unusual for us.

That's a tough one! I would have to say booking a destination wedding venue at the Singapore Jurong Bird Park!

Open bar isn't a normal thing where we live either, in fact i've never been to a wedding with a full open bar. We are doing two signature cocktails and then beer that will be free and everything else will be a cash bar.

I agree totally on the destination wedding! We've been lucky enough to basically be planning our Midwestern dream wedding but Hawaii would've been amazing.

More flowers! A food truck for appetizers. We are having passed and stationed ones, but I think food trucks are so cool!

Or has a destination wedding and paid for everyone's flight/accommodations.

Oh man an unlimited budget would change so much ! Definitely the venue- we'd do a destination wedding and take care of the travel for our guests.

VENUE. If my budget was unlimited I would have definitely gone with a different venue. I liked mine and the food was on point but the spacing was cramped.
CAKE. I went with a cheap cake aha it looked fantastic but it was not great which was surprising because we did taste it before. It was like 1/3 of the cost of all other quotes we got though.
ALCOHOL. That was something we saved a lot on by being able to BYOB our own but of course having an open bar woulda been nice.

Hmm, probably the dress. I love my dress, but I think if I hadn't had to worry about how much it was, it would've made the decision easier, and I could've tried on more expensive dresses just for fun (and possibly found something I liked even better. Who knows!).

Second would be the flowers/decor. I love the flowers I got, but I would've liked just a few more things to decorate the area.

The dress! I loved mine, but I'm sure I could've found one even better.

I LOVE my current venue, but there were other places I had my heart set on, but were just too out of our budget. Sooo probably venue!!

Fully decked out enchanted forest venue. I’m talking something you would see in Lord of the Rings.
For a more realistic but still high budget I’d love a horse & carriage and a renaissance festival.

I know Smiley sad I tried so hard to find a forest for my ceremony! I went with a park with a lot of lush trees but it’s no Lord of the Rings magic forest.
