Legal and symbolic ceremony

I am getting Married May 4 2024 using a virtual service just the 2 of us and going to Italy in June to have a symbolic ceremony and celebration with 2 of our closest friends. I will be wearing a traditional wedding gown and taking all of our phots in Italy. We plan on creating a short video using photos and video from the Italy celebration to send to family and friends announcing our wedding. We will obviously use our 5/4/24 date but I'm not sure which location to put in the video and what wording to use since the actual legal wedding did not take place in Italy. do we just put 5/04/24 at the start of the wedding and not put a location at all. please help!
