Las Vegas on a Budget

What is everyone doing for Las Vegas weddings on a budget? My fiance wanted to elope but then started inviting and telling everyone he knows. He is now stressed about paying for a wedding for up to 65 guests. We have booked the Chapel of Flowers for an 11am reservation but we are thinking of changing it due to everything adding up to become more costly. Anyone that kept their wedding around $5k-$6k for 50 people please enlighten me on what you did for the ceremony and reception. Thank you!
