Lake Tahoe Wedding/ Reception

My daughter and son in law are planning to get married at Lake Tahoe this year. We are going back and forth between July and September. They are using The Hytch for a pop up style wedding because we are having under 25 people. We are now trying to find a restaurant or venue for a small reception in Tahoe. We think that would be better than everyone having to drive back to Reno for a dinner after wedding. Does anyone have a suggestion on a place? We would have loved to gotten an Airbnb and had dinner there but Everyone I look at is saying no events or parties.

    We had our ceremony + reception at The Landing Resort & Spa for 19 people and it was awesome.
    Also look into Westshore Cafe, Sunnyside Restaurant & Lodge. Also my favorite restaurant is Soule Domain, it’s a small place and not sure if they would close the whole restaurant for you guys but it’s absolutely delicious

    We just had our rehearsal dinner at Soule Domain - incredible service, great pricing, amazing food!!

    Gar Woods' minimum room fee for a 20 person dinner on our date was $6500... What a joke - their food isn't good either!

    Thank you. We decided to go back to Reno for reception at Whitney Peak so everyone could stay at the hotel.
