We’re planning for a small simple ceremony on the beach in the morning (probably around 15 people) - just an officiant and photographer, with coffee in hand 😉 Then a luau that night to celebrate and thank those who came. Do you have any luau recommendations? Then we’ll skirt off somewhere else on the island to hike and explore. We’ll have a reception when we get back, but probably a bit after, since we’re planning to pay for everything (being budget conscious!!).

I totally understand that there are a lot of vendors to choose from in the vendor search! When looking for your photographer, try to add in any filters that you think will be helpful like your budget or photography services you would like to avail of. Then, check out some of their profiles, when you find some that you like, you can then search for their websites or Instagram accounts to find more examples of their work. You can also feel free to contact some that you are interested in to ask about their services specifically and their price ranges, it's also a good way to find vendors that you feel comfortable working with and see eye-to-eye with.

Hello! We are getting married on Kauai as well. We’ve stayed at the Marriott and at the Grand Hyatt. We loved the Grand Hyatt and are staying there again for the wedding.
We are doing a luau the night before the wedding, then the night of we will be having dinner at Tidepools- a restaurant at the Grand Hyatt. Let me know if you need help!
