Just a general question

Alissa, on December 30, 2023 at 11:22 AM Posted in Account Support 0 2
Is there a way to invite my fiance and my mom to the app with access to my existing profile so we can collaborate on the wedding planning together? I can't seem to find this feature if there is. Any help is greatly appreciated!! TIA ❤️

You should be able to have your fiancé get an account. Then find the settings for your account from where you can see a link-accounts option. You would just add your fiancé's email. I'm using the website access so the phone app may be different.

Also note that there are similarly named features -- link accounts and linked accounts. You want the one that lets you type in your fiancé's email, not your facebook account.

Yes! You can link accounts in your user settings. Here's step-by-step instructions:

    • - Log in to your WeddingWire account

    • - At the top right-hand corner of the page, click the drop-down arrow

    • - Click ‘Settings’ in the menu that appears

    • - Click ‘Settings’ in the left menu if it’s not already selected

    • - Scroll down to the ‘Linked Accounts’ section, and enter your partner’s email

    • - Click ‘Link’*

    • - Your partner will receive an email from WeddingWire, which they’ll use to complete the link process
