I have not personally ordered from them but I know it’s an Asian knockoff site. So I would say it’s an order at your own risk type of thing. Sometimes it works out well and sometimes it doesn’t.

I haven't ordered from them personally, but I've heard that they can be very hit or miss. I would check reviews with trustpilot.com, sitejabber.com, and even the BBB. A very reputable and highly praised online retailer for bride/bridesmaid dresses is Azazie

I ordered a faux fur jacket to wear for my winter wedding. Customer service was very good for me. I was able to chat with a rep regarding sizing.
My order did come from China. It arrived in the timeframe promised. I did have to pay $20 for shipping. They provided a tracking number through DHL and my jacket arrived in beautiful condition.
I would like to say that it feels smaller than typical American clothing sizes but I took that into account when ordering.

I ordered my shoes from them! I’m a true 7 and they fit perfectly. I honestly can’t remember how long the shipping took but their customer service was very helpful with my questions.

I ordered a veil for $15 and it is pretty decent, it's the one I'm going to use. It was as pictured, not amazing quality material but I wont wear it long. I agree it's a hit or miss, so it's a gamble.

I had a really great experience with them. My bank denied the transaction though. I had to call and they still wouldn't approve it because it could be fraud.. So I used PayPal and it was fine. Took about 22 days for it to get to Eastern PA. But the veil was beautiful, well made, and only 68 dollars!! Cathedral length too! Would def buy from them again

We ordered one bridesmaid dress and my grandmothers dress from there. Both came in quickly (just a couple weeks) and custom sized to their exact measurements. And they were gorgeous!

My bridesmaids ordered their dresses from JJshouse and had no problems. Very affordable and fast shipping! Everyone ordered based on the size chart and had no issues at all.

I would just be sure to check customer photo reviews! Some dresses are legit and others look like costume clothes. Just be sure u see it on someone else before u order!

View Quoted Comment I’m certain people have had good and bad experiences but that’s to be expected by any company. This was the dress my bridesmaid wore for my first wedding from JJshouse in 2016. It was cheaper than the dresses I had my other girls buy in stores (this bridesmaid joined the party after the other girls had their dresses and we didn’t have time to wait for orders from a store) and she looked stunning!
