Issues with my photographer

Hey everyone! I am posting do hopefully get some advise and help with a problem I have been having... My wedding was on the 28th of September and I haven't received my photos yet. I reviewed the contract and it states that I should've received the photos from 4-6 weeks from the wedding date or at least receive an update if they are delayed. I have not received the photos and I have not received any updates. The photographer is ignoring my texts and phone calls. I really do not know what to do as I really want my photos even if they are late, but since I've been ghosted I really do not know what to do. I would love some advice and I really hope that doesn't happen to any of you. Thank you in advance 💕
