Is it too late to ask bridesmaids? 90 days out..

Hi all- long story short I decided to not have bridesmaids (except for my sister) in order to avoid friend drama. Well the friend drama happened anyways and I doubt those ppl will come to the wedding. So now I wish I’d done what I wanted to begin with and have bridesmaids. Is 90 days away too late to ask my friends? I would add 2 more gals and offer to pay for their dresses since the big day is right around the corner.

    Go for it. Let them know you are just want people to be there with you getting ready and to stand with you durring the wedding. If you want them in the same dress as your sister then let them know what you have picked out to make sure they are comfortable with it.

    Make sure you really want them there. Go ahead and ask if you want to. Buy dresses off the rack at a local shop.

    Do it! I would probably go for an off-the-rack dress because of the timeline, but maybe you can get a custom dress rushed!
