Invitation help

Gianna, on February 9, 2021 at 11:01 AM Posted in Planning 0 6
Hi!
I just received my invitation and RSVP set in the mail. They came out beautiful! However, I didn’t realize that the RSVPs are only 3.5 x 2.5. I have leftover RSVP envelopes from last year (we postponed due to covid) and those are 3.5 x 5 which is the minimum required for USPS. I tried to see how I could package these and these new RSVPs look so small compared to the envelope. I don’t want them to get lost when guests are opening up everything, is it okay to paperclip the RSVP to the return envelope to make sure they see it? Or do you guys have any other suggestions?

I don't see a problem with paperclipping it to the return envelope!

If you have extra funds, maybe a belly band to hold everything together? If not, I don't see anything wrong with a paperclip

I would avoid paperclips. When I have received invites, the reply cards are usually tucked inside the envelopes.

Then everything is stacked together inside the envelope so they're not easily misplaced

Absolutely! I’ve seen it done before with little gold clips

Yep! I don't see anything wrong with using paperclips.
