My husband did universal life church. Just make sure to check with the city and states laws on online ordination.

I would make sure that the state and city in which the wedding is going to take place allows someone ordained online to perform a legal ceremony. Some states don't. I know Pennsylvania which is where we got married doesn't. You should be able to look online to see what the requirements are for where the wedding is.

It doesn't matter. As Veronica says, the question is whether your local jurisdiction will recognize any online ordination. Some clearly do. Some clearly don't. And in some, the situation is unclear, so you have the possibility that your marriage might be held invalid years or decades later, on death, divorce, or bankruptcy. And of course, by then it would be too late to fix the problem.

You might also consider other alternatives. For example, Massachusetts has an officiant for a day program, in which anyone can be an officiant without even an Internet ordination. Pennsylvania and Colorado have self-uniting marriage, in which you can get married just by signing some papers (without an officiant at all), and then have whatever ceremony you want with anyone leading it.
