I agree. I really like that WW offers a seating chart, but I'm not going manually enter each name. Import spreadsheet is very important, but with no physical address (yet two phone numbers?) this need to be updated to be able to use a primary. I have to use the Knot now, since this won't work and them come back for the seating arrangements. When we get to that step.

I really wish I didn't have to use multiple programs/apps, but I phyiscal address is much more important than email.. I mean I could always used telephone and a call it address, not sure if there is a character limit.

Hi! Is there a reason address is not one of the columns in the import spreadsheet? I am having a hard time understanding how the import spreadsheet saves any time if we have to go in and manually enter the guests' physical addresses after the fact. Also why doesn't the spreadsheet allow you to designate the groupings? Wedding Wire has been around for ages (used them for my last two weddings lol) and I am shocked this still has not been updated.

I'd be less bothered if the upload option was available at all.

Its absurd that I can upload a list of contacts, but then have to go in and manually enter all the information.

Is there a UX designer hired at Wedding Wire? There are so many user interface mistakes in Wedding Wire that could be avoided by running this with users and a team of designers. It's almost like event people got together to build a website and then as an afterthought they hired the tech people.
