Maybe you can get in touch with someone who has married into this situation. Can you call the frat and ask about this too?

Perhaps tie in the frat colors? They are royal purple and gold (in case you didn't know)

Can’t you just ask the groom who was in the fraternity? I’m assuming he knows everything and would have input in what (if anything) he would like to include.

I thought I shared some of this. A check with AI gave

Members of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity are known for participating in special activities during wedding events. One of the most notable traditions is the Omega Psi Phi Wedding Hop, where fraternity members perform a series of energetic and synchronized steps and chants, often to the song “Atomic Dog” by George Clinton. This tradition is a way for the fraternity brothers to celebrate and show support for the groom on his wedding day. It’s a lively and joyous part of the reception that adds a unique and memorable element to the celebration.

Additionally, fraternity members may also perform a Wedding Salute, which is a display of respect and brotherhood for the groom. These activities are deeply rooted in the fraternity’s culture and are often looked forward to by guests at the wedding.

I'm asking on here because HE hasn't been to a wedding of anyone in the Fraternity. If he knew that would definitely save me from having to asking. Thought I would give this forum a try. Thanks

My FH is a member of Phi Beta Sigma and they will stroll during the reception. We will simply let the DJ know the song to play and they will stroll. There will be a few Devine 9 Greek organization members in attendance (AKA’s, Deltas, Kappas & Alphas) , so I’m excited to see them all do their version as well.

Ques are known to use the “Atomic Dog” song so definitely make sure you have your DJ have that down as a must play! Search on YouTube and hopefully that will help give you some more ideas.
    I hope this helps.
