    Me too. I just wanted the MOH and Bestman, but my FH wanted to have his youngest son as a groomsmen so I added one bridesmaid

    We were only going to do MOH/BM but then FH decided his brother (who he’s not close to at.all.) should be in the wedding too, so I added one too. His mother regularly lectures him on how awful it is that his brother isn’t best man. Lecture, guilt trip, attempted manipulation, you name it she’s done it.

    I understand. My first husband's mom was like that. Our parents have both passed so we don't have that issue this time. So far the only issue I see is him not including is older sons in the wedding. They haven't said anything though. I'm actually considering asking one or both to give me away. I'm closer to them than the one in the wedding anyway
