How many brides did not get your wedding dress altered?

I didn’t. I got a sample dress and it fit perfectly, I’m tall and it had a corset/lace up back so was adjustable. Saved sooo much money which I spent on shoes!

From what I know, many wedding dresses are name for rather taller women. 5”7 and up. And I am missing a full foot, so I have to pay 💸 🤣 🤷🏻‍♀️ I think most brides has to alter them, if the dress fits it’s magic!

I am 5'9 and only needed the bustle added. The bodice fit my size and because it was a ballgown, even though I have wide hips, it did not have to be altered.

I will only need to have the straps on mine taken up a little, they are a little big. But I am going to do a wedge shoe to keep from having to take up the hem. Everything else is good. Granted I’m 10 months out with Thanksgiving and Christmas in between soooooooooooo.... lol
