We met in the laundry room freshman year of college. Very romantic lol. Then I realized he lived on the floor below mine too. It just seemed perfect looking back.

FH and I met on Tinder!

We met when we were 12 in our church youth group. We liked each other back then lol. We grew apart obviously. I got married to the wrong guy and then divorced.... in 2016 my FH reached out to me on FB and we've been together ever since.

OKCupid but we kind of knew each other in college, we had a few classes together but never spoke. We joke that we could have meet and started this back in 2009, but the 6 year wait was worth it.

We met at work. He would always try to spark a conversation with me but I would always ignore him, as I was trying to focus on my career and I just got out of a bad long term relationship. He is also much younger than me so I never took his advances seriously. Then a group of us from work went on a weekend trip and he was there. He was wearing a sweatshirt, took it off, I saw muscles on muscles on muscles and for some reason I wanted to hear what he had to say after that 😂. We’ve talked every single day since then. He’s really my best friend.

At a special service gathering were a few churches came together and worshiped. As part of the chorus group at my church we were the main group to sing so he says that the moment he saw me singing he knew I was the one. This was back in 2014, I had not seen him before that. After the service was over we greeted each other and went about our ways. As time went on he found me on social media and added me. Funny thing is that we became close friends and always flirted with each other but never more than that, until December 2018 when we started talking.

Long story (but will keep it short) - we had run into each other a bunch of times in college (SUNY Oneonta!) we discovered later on, but we didn't officially meet till October 2011. He attended an event I had to throw for a PR class in the quad and he ended up leaving his wallet and coming back to pick it up. He left, me thinking that I would probably never see him again.

Fast forward 2 weeks later - I was on a bar crawl that my major threw every year (I had attended with another guy might I add). I actually had not planned on attending because none of my friends were going, but this guy was begging me to go with him and I gave in. So I guess you can say if it wasn't for him Mike and I never would have met.

At the end of the bar crawl we came to the last bar and Mike's friend who was in some classes with me was chatting with me. My fiance cut in and the rest is history! It was truly love at first sight.

My fiance and I met in high school. I was new to the school and only knew one other person (not fiance) there from previous trips to the area (my family lived in another state and moved to our current state while my dad did his last Navy tour).


My darling and I were friends throughout high school. Worked together as student sound technicians at the school. We even walked together at graduation! We both had feelings for each other, but we're too scared to do anything about it. Teenagers, am I right? 😂
After high school, I moved to Arizona for work, he went to college. I came back a couple years later, he had dropped out to take care of his sick mom. I had a migraine and by chance pulled into the gas station he worked at that I normally avoid because that intersection is a pain to turn in and out of.
After hanging out and catching up, he asked me out on a date. After a couple of months, he moved into my apartment. A couple of years later, he popped the question on Christmas Day, when both of our families were together.

We met at a cookout that neither of us was going to go to. My son said that I should go at 6:00 for a cookout that started at 4:00. I’m thankful that I went even if it was at the last minute 😂😉

OKCupid! He was my first date (online or otherwise) after my divorce so I wasn’t expecting much. 😂
