Have you taken a look at cabin rentals on places like AirBnB and VRBO? I'd start looking there for accommodations!

Are you wanting a cabin specifically in C.Springs? I live in C.Springs, there aren't cabins directly in the springs - you would need to go outside of the city area. You will need to go west of the city (there really isn't much east) - Vrbo and AirBnb have a lot of good options. July is a nice time of the year here.
