Honeymoon Wardrobe

Have you checked out Pinterest? I've pinned a few items on there. Some maxi dresses, maxi skirts with a tank top, shorts with cute tops... I'll see if I can find you some Polyvore boards.

Plenty of tank tops shorts and skirts. cotton.

2 swimsuits, 2 maxi dresses, and an overnight bag full of lingerie!!!!!! LOL

1st cruise I went on I packed WAY too much! All you need is your bikini, cover ups, and then outfits to wear to dinner. That is it! You will not wear normal outfits during the day, maybe if you go on an exursion but other then that you will be in your suit!

Remember to bring some shorts as well, especially if you are doing anything besides lounging. When FH and I were in Hawaii, we did some hiking, and it was nice to have a pair of shorts as well as all of the skirts and dresses.

I wore a lot of dresses on our cruise.

She said it was some old superstition. But if we are going off old traditional things... cant I technically not wear white after my wedding night!? haha

Remember to bring a really nice dress in case you want to go to those nice dinners they offer.

What everybody else said PLUS sneakers and socks for excursions. It's a must to consider sunblock a part of your wardrobe.

Someone else posted something about wearing a white dress to her shower (asked if it were okay to NOT wear white to her shower). I have never heard about wearing white to anything except the wedding--I find it so funny as it never occurred to me to buy white for the other wedding-related functions/events! How old is you coworker? I am curious...

I bought white for my shower and rehearsal dinner...could just be a southern thing, but I never heard it as a rule...just seemed fitting??

For a cruise, you want 2 nicer dresses for formal nights and a bunch of casual dresses, swimsuits, shorts and tees, flip flops and tennis shoes. I go on a week long cruise in 2 carry ons (suitcase and backpack)---then again, I'll do that for my 2.5 week honeymoon, as I am a light packer. Did 3.5 weeks on 2 carry ons as well!

Check out the excursions they offer and don't forget sneakers if you're doing something athletic or that involves a lot of walking. We're going to Mexico and I'm mostly bringing sun dresses and bikinis. Maybe a couple of pairs of jeans because we'll probably go zip lining or something like that.

Im bringing a swimsuit, a sarong, some knee-length skirts and nice blouses for dinners out, a terry cloth robe, a silk short nightgown and a couple pieces of lingerie. If i have my way about it, we will spend most of our time on the beach or in the hotel room.
