Are you staying in Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area? I have to recommend my favorite restaurant there which isnt all that romantic, but the food is so good! Bennetts Barbecue. Sometimes at night there is a lady walking around with long stem roses you can purchase.
If you want a more upscale romantic dining experience there is a steakhouse called The Peddler that is really good.

View Quoted Comment Dollywood is beautiful any time of year and if you've never been I would definitely go. One thing we did this past year in March was ziplining! Oh my gosh that was so much fun!! We went through a company called Wahoo Ziplines. The aquarium is awesome and it wasn't open yet when we were there but I saw the sky bridge on the news the other night and that looks awesome.

We went to the Peddler last week for our wedding dinner! It was really good, great service but they don't take reservations until the day of and they get busy quick so either plan on a late meal or don't over plan your day incase you can get in earlier.

Other ideas would be the Alamo or the Park Grill. Check the menus and see if they peak your interest.
