Historic honeymoon

Aimee, on November 13, 2019 at 9:40 PM Posted in Honeymoon 0 6
I’m trying to find a good medium for our honeymoon. I like traveling in general and my FH wants to go somewhere historical and exotic. I’m thinking Machu Picchu and Easter Island. Anyone considered S. America? It’s hard finding tours that include airfare.

That’s beautiful! You’ll find lots of history there and I believe a travel agency might be able to do the whole tour for you. Enjoy Peruvian food! Is one of my favorites.

Sign up for a couple travel websites (free accounts!) like Travelzoo, apple vacation, even Groupon vacations! If you don't have a specific place in mind, you can often find SUPER good deals that include airfare, tours, etc for South America, China, Europe, etc. We've booked through all those sites and always had a great time!

I'm a little late, but I just got back from a trip to Peru with my FH and we absolutely loved it. I don't think you necessarily need to book through a tour group there - Peru is such a popular tourist destination that it's pretty easy to figure everything out on your own with a bit of research and then book everything a la carte. We visited the Sacred Valley (including Machu Picchu, Cusco, and Ollantaytambo) and Lima.
