Hindu / American weddings … vendor help?!??

Hi everyone. My fiance and I are planning a Hindu / Jewish wedding this coming October 2024. We’re looking at venues near Middlebury VT and near Quechee VT. We’re planning on doing both a Hindu and American ceremony. Vermont is turning out to be rough for Hindu/ Indian vendors. 1) any suggestions for finding a pandit / priest for the Hindu wedding if there are no Hindu temples in the area? 2) any suggestions on weaving Hindu elements into a mixed wedding (we want Indian food for the Sangeet with a smaller crowd, no Indian food near quechee… do food trucks travel)? Any multicultural brides … did you do 2 ceremonies in one day? Did you do the Hindu ceremony at a Temple and the American ceremony on site at your wedding venue ? Same days or separate? We don’t want to drive ourselves crazy or break the bank 😃 Thanks in advance
