Where in Ohio are you? Our vendor will let us bring in our own food but we're in Dayton.

I would say just ask vendors when you contact them. I emailed a lot to get pricing information before we moved forward and you could just ask then if they allow carry in and if they have a carry in fee. Hope that helps!
