Help with wedding decor/set up

Day of coordinator! That’s exactly what ours did. The month before she coordinated with all of our vendors, on what time to be at the venue and video chatted with us and photographer on the schedule for wedding day. When the day came, she set everything up and made sure the day went smoothly. I didn’t have to think about a single thing. She made sure the gas near they were going and that everything was on time and then at the end of the night she cleaned it all up, and set it up so we could throw it in our trailer! And I don’t know about all wedding day coordinators, but ours was there for any questions I had for the entire year before our wedding. I would just send an email! I strongly, STRONGLY recommend a day of coordinator at the very least. I have found that they’re much cheaper than wedding planners and 100% worth it
