Help! Philadelphia marriage license not returned within 10 days

Wondering if anyone has experience with this. We did the self uniting marriage license and it is still valid. Was getting ready to mail it tomorrow and saw it has to be mailed within 10 days of signing. This is in Philadelphia. We got COVID right after the signing and didn’t go anywhere for 2 weeks including post office since we needed stamps. I’m an anxious mess now, does anyone know if they still accept it if the actual license is still in the valid window?

You can call city hall and they will connect you the license department for a marriage license. They should be able to answer all of your questions. You might have to make an appointment to the office to complete the process
