Help! Need a small wedding ceremony location. se Michigan

Hi everyone!



My wedding was all planned and of course this current situation had us having to cancel, however, we still need to get married. And want to.
Here is where I need some help and I am just stressing out even trying to do it. I want a nice place that is small and secure that i can actually reserve. I want to go the day before and put some ferns, a few decorations and things like that and not worry that anything will disappear, or other people would also be there. I thought of several places that I love in this area of Michigan, but the only place that would make me not stress out, is having it in my parents backyard. That's a last resort.
It would only be pur immediate family, so about 15 people.
I have kind of abandoned the idea of an outdoor pretty view type of wedding space since it is not working out... but does anyone have any out of the box ideas or locations?
I want it to be someplace I can reserve and know what to expect, not into surprises for this day.
It can be a gazebo in a bed and breakfast yard, a small chapel, a gazebo anywhere else. It would just be the 15 people for an hour or so.
We have planned to have the reception next spring or summer and have that be a more casual vibe.
We are downriver and since I will be getting ready in the area, I'd like to keep it some place local. Any ideas?
A nice hall that has a cool back yard? Any ideas are welcome!! Thank you
