Hawaii or Caribbean cruise for honeymoon?

Aesha, on April 10, 2019 at 4:28 PM Posted in Honeymoon 0 12
Hello ladies, we are planning our honeymoon and we want to take cruise either to Hawaii or Caribbean? We are so confused Nd not sure which destination is better? Any suggestions or recommendations as well as any particular months we should go? Thank you 😊

I just got back from Hawaii!! If it wasn't Hawaii, I would have definitely wanted to go to the Carribean. That's such a hard decision lol. I'd probably hcoose the Hawaiian cruise! I believe you get to see all of the islands, beautiful beaches to die for!! Go to Hawaii!

Depends when your wedding is? If it's hurricane season I'd probably head to Hawaii, if it's spring or winter then Caribbean cruises are super affordable most of the time and very fun.

I don’t have any specific advice, but I would love to do a Hawaii cruise! We couldn’t find one that fit our schedule or budget. We’re doing a cruise to Cuba instead!

Sept/Oct is prime hurricane season. At least typically that is when the most activity is. If you wanted to do the cruise I'd have travel insurance or make sure if anything did happen you'd be able to recover the loss and/or re-book for free. You just never know with those storms when they will pop up and the last few years have been very active waters.

I would say Caribbean! Consider that you'll spend at least 2 days travelling to Hawaii depending where you live. The scenery in the Caribbean will be very similar for less time spent on a plane/in airports and will be less expensive!

If you're planning on September or October, I would not book a Caribbean cruise. I would go to Hawaii this time around and save the cruise for your next big trip (when it's not hurricane season)!
