Having two registries to be price conscious

More than one registry is pretty common. We had three and they had items in all different price ranges.

I plan on doing this with Amazon and Target. I heard it is pretty normal actually.

I think having a more affordable registry option would be considerate for your guests.

These days most people set up registries with at least 2 stores, so I don’t see anything wrong with doing a second. It would be very polite to consider that not every wedding guest will have the same budget.


Personally we did 4 but this was due to some stores not having certain brands or models we wanted of our items.

I think that is a great idea, it gives everyone more options.

Registering at more than one place is very normal. Sounds like a great idea for you to have another registry

I think we had 3 and then pulled in a few items from miscellaneous stores if one of our registry stores was out of a certain item in whatever brand, color, etc. that we wanted.

I had registries at Amazon, Macy's, and Bed, Bath and Beyond. This way there are different price points and folks can order online or go to the brick-and-mortar store to purchase something. I know everyone has a different budget and different modes to purchase items.

Are their items you d want at those stores? I would definitely register at more then one store but its totally up to you. Happy Planning!
