I gave them a deposit almost 7 months ago, tried to call to schedule a trial run, but no one is answering, I emailed as well and still nothing.

Did you call? They can’t avoid a phone as easily as an email. If you tried and can’t get ahold of them at all, contact the consumer reports advocates at the local news stations. That is what they do after you exhaust all options on your own. After 7 months of no communication, get in touch with the consumer reports team first thing Monday.
