Hair& makeup for bride only

Hi all I am getting married 5/11/24 3pm ceremony time. I am looking for someone who can do hair and possibly makeup on one person. We are having a very small intimate wedding with just my fiance and I with his family (10-20 people max) we are not planning to have brides maids best men etc. it's both of our 2 and marriages and we are on a very tight budget $1000 for everything but trying to stay under. I am doing some stuff my self as I am very crafty to save on money. I am willing to go to the studio before the wedding to have it done rather than someone coming to me. Is there anyone out there that would do this and do it reasonably? I live in New Britain,CT the wedding ceremony and reception (cookout) will be held at my future inlaws backyard in Berlin,CT please let me know if you can help or know anyone in the greater Hartford area.
