Hair and Make up pricing

What is the going rate for hair and makeup in Ohio? I’m between Cleveland and Akron, closer to Akron/Canton. I got an estimate for makeup and lashes for me and a bridesmaid and the moms from one makeup artist. She quoted me $75 for me and $65 each for the rest. I talked to my bridesmaid and she was saying in Florida she was quoted for her and 2 bridesmaids hair and make up about $200. I know prices vary state to state, and quality can vary. I mean I rather not pay an arm and leg but I want something that will not look like I cheaper out.
