I ordered a (full Sheet) Yellow🍰 with 🍫Buttercreme🤵‘s 🎂 from Wal-Mart. It was enough to serve 96. The total was $43.98, I believe. Everyone loved it and the other 🎂(mostly 🍋/🍋 and one layer was Yellow 🍰 with Almond Frosting).

I ordered 🍰📦es so that people could take some with them. The 🌺🙇‍♀️‘s Mom (a Bridesmaid) took a piece of each 🎂.

I also put some 🍋 in the Freezer for her and the 2 MoHs because there was some of the 3rd Tier left.

My fiance and his family have always loved the movie Steel Magnolias, as have I. One of his aunt's was actually an extra in the movie and his cousin owns the house now😍
In the movie, the groom's cake is a red velvet armadillo, and so that's what he wanted.

Minus the words at the bottom, this will be my FH's cake. I'm not a fan of serving it at the reception so we're going to serve it at the rehearsal dinner! I'm so excited to present it to him!

We're probably not having a groom's cake but I love seeing all these creative fun cakes!

We sort of made our top tier into a 'groom's cake' in that he picked the flavor and the design for the top tier. It's going to have a white background with red and gold ribbons around the middle. It's meant to be reminiscent of a pokeball, as our toppers are pokemon. (We're both very longtime fans of the series and the games are part of how we met and started dating.) Right now it's still just a concept but I can't wait to see the finished product!
